I recently graduated with a BA in International Affairs from a school in Washington, DC and was fortunate enough to spend the summer and fall studying and interning in Russia on a Department of State Critical Language Scholarship. I am now back in the belly of the beast, Los Angeles- broke, unemployed, and living with my mom...

These stackable, modular bookcases are from Target. Three sets fit together into one giant bookcase. Can’t seem to find these on their site, but it looks like one set is $90. It’s be great for me, with how much moving around I tend to do. Being able to stack shelves inside each other is pretty convenient.

This would never work in California.
